Reiki healing is a Japanese energy therapy that involves the practitioner using their hands to channel universal life energy (reiki) into the patient’s body.

 

It is not a massage treatment.

This energy is believed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the body’s natural healing abilities.

Caroline is a Reiki master and will gently place her hands lightly on or near the body to clear blockages and restore balance to the energy flow, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Caroline will add crystals as part of the treatment but can refrain from using them if the client would prefer not have them.
 

You will be fully clothed throughout the treatment.

The feedback from receiving Reiki is that you may feel heart, gentle breezes or a ' pushing' sensation..
