When booking an appointment, I require 50% non refundable booking fee which secures your appointment and is taken off your treatment cost. Should you cancel or not show up for your appointment outside the timeframe of 48 hours, you will lose your booking fee as that time slot cannot be filled and is classed as a loss of my income.

You would have to pay another booking fee should you wish to re book. Your card may be charged should you cancel, you will see the terms and conditions which you would see and agree to when you place a booking.

Please do not bring friends, family babies and children to your appointment.

Please also arrive on time so you get the full amount of treatment time so it would not be cut short.

I cannot accomodate early arrivals as I need to clean and prepare the treatment room.

Please re arrange your appointment should you start getting symptoms of a cough or a cold.
