Massage Therapist in Wymondham, Norfolk

My name is Caroline and I have been a qualified massage therapist since 1995, where I carried out an ITEC massage qualification, following that, Hot stone massage and I am currently learning aromatherapy.

My massages are customised per individual, I carry out gentle massage which soothes muscles, a more deep tissue massage and Swedish Massage, using a variety of pre warmed carrier oils.

The hot stone massage is amazing too, one stroke of a stone, is equivilent to ten hand strokes, the stones are not placed on the body and left like you see in the photos!!

Massage is essential to your genral health and well being and helps with many conditions, the main things are it reduces stress, it helps lower blood pressue and aids a restful night's sleep.

I carry out my treatments from my professional home treatment room near the town centre in Wymondham, Norfolk. I do have on site parking.
