Reiki is a non invasive healing treatment, you lie down fully clothes and relax on a couch, covered with a blanket if preferred, this also gives you time for headspace. I will gently place my hands above or on your body and let the energy flow. You may see vivid colours, heat and or waves of cooling air. Reiki is an intellegence of it's own, and will go the area it is drawn to, the therapist is a challener, it does not come from them,
